How do I know, which size to buy?

  • We know it's hard buying a 'kini in general and even harder online. We have provided our Teeny Kini Babes with each brands sizing chart in our "Sizing Guide" tab. Take a look at the particular brand you want to buy and base yourself off their sizing guide. Every brand is different and have their own sizing measurements. Hope it helps ;).

    When will my order get here, if I qualify for free shipping?

    • Once an order is placed, Teeny Kini Boutique takes 1-2 business days for processing, once we complete this, we ship out your order USPS first class if under $149.99 or USPS Priority 2-3 days if your order is over $150.00. However, please be aware once it leaves Teeny Kini Boutique, we can not control delays on USPS side. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages, once package is shipped out and out of our control.

     

    When will my express overnight order get to me?

    • In order for us to overnight your order, your order must be placed no later then noon 12:00 p.m. EST. to ship out the same day and be overnighted to you. We use USPS or FedEx when overnighting express orders. No orders will be delivered during weekends or holidays, please keep that in mind. However, please be aware once it leaves Teeny Kini Boutique, we can not control delays on USPS/ FedEx side. Should you make an "Express" shipping method during the weekend we will ship out on the following business day. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages, once package is shipped out and out of our control. Should you have any questions or concerns feel free to email us at hello@teenykiniboutique.com.

    What if I place an order and now wish to cancel my order?

    • Once an order is placed unfortunately we can not "cancel" an order. Please be certain about the color/ style/ size of kini you are ordering before you place your order. We can always cancel the item from being shipped, if you email us within 1 hour of order received and the balance will become Teeny Kini Credit added to you account. Please email us at hello@teenykiniboutique.com for more information and questions in regards to this matter.

     

    What is Teeny Kini Boutiques return/ exchange policy?

    • No returns are accepted, nor refunds issued. Exchanges are welcomed within 15 days of item received date (based on USPS tracking information), or you may choose to be issued a Teeny Kini Credit with no expiration date to use at Teeny Kini Boutique when ever you please. Items must have ALL tags intact and must have protective panty liner in place, unworn, unwashed, in new resell-able condition, and it must also be in the original packaging and/or free promotional item attached. Return shipping is paid by customer should customer want to exchange an item. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have not arrived to Teeny Kini Boutique after you send them. Teeny Kini will only pay for return shipping if Teeny Kini accidentally shipped out the incorrect item or incorrect size. All items purchased on Sale or with a discount are FINAL SALE, no exceptions. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages, once package is shipped out and out of our control.

    What if my order shows as "delivered" when tracked but I have not received it?

    • If your order shows as "delivered" once we track it, and you state you have not received it, first we triple check the address you entered as your "Ship To" address, once we confirm it was shipped to the correct address, we advise you to contact your local post office. Once you contact your local post office we advise you to submit a claim with them, we will also contact your local post office to try to receive any updates in regards to the issue. However, if we shipped it to the correct "Ship To" address you provided and the tracking number shows as "delivered" we, Teeny Kini Boutique are very limited as to what we can do, as we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our boutique. We will try to assist you as best as possible in this situation, we are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages, once package is shipped out and out of our control.

     

    What does "Free-In Store Pick Up" mean?

    • Free-In Store Pick Up, is a feature we have for our Miami locals. We offer this to avoid a shipping cost to our Teeny Kini Babes, that are close by and prefer to pick up their 'kinis in store. And for our Teeny Kini Babes that need their 'kinis right away. Once purchased you may pick up your 'kini at 12564 SW 88 St.  Miami, FL, 33186 during normal business hours (feel free to look them up under "Contact Us"). 

     

    What if I buy a "Sale" item and wish to exchange it?

    • Please note that ALL "Sale" items or any 'kinis purchased with a discount code are FINAL SALE and will not be exchanged or given Teeny Kini Credit. No exceptions. 

     

    Why don't you carry certain brands?

    • We at Teeny Kini Boutique are 'kini fanatics, and pride ourselves in the brands we carry because they are a representation of us. We choose specific brands based on their style, quality in material used, where they are made, and so on. However, we are always adding new brands to Teeny Kini Boutique so stay on the look out for that. 

     

    I bought an orange (insert any color) 'kini online, and it's not the same color it seemed?

    • We're sorry about that Teeny Kini Babe, due to different computer monitors/calibrations colors may vary slightly from the picture. I cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the 'kinis. Please contact us with any questions about the color of any item before purchasing.

     

    How do I get to be featured on Teeny Kini Boutique's Instagram?

    • Nice question Teeny Kini Babe, simply tag us @teenykini_boutique, or if your IG is private feel free to direct message us a picture in your kini, or you may also email your picture to us at hello@teenykiniboutique.com.

     

    What if I used a promo code when I purchased my 'kini, and now wish to exchange it?

    • If you are exchanging it for the same exact 'kini and just switching the size we will do it as an even exchange. If you are exchanging you 'kini for a different 'kini or different color, it is considered a FINAL SALE. Anything you use a promo/ discount code is considered a FINAL SALE no exceptions.  

     

    Do you ship internationally?

    • We absolutely offer world wide shipping. Some things to know are,  you can enjoy FREE USPS international shipping on all orders over $500. USPS flat rate and priority shipping takes an average of 10 business days for transportation. Once the package reaches your country, it may take additional days for the package to be passed through customs. This additional time varies with each country. We do NOT ship to APO addresses or PO Boxes.

     

    Do you charge a restock fee on any exchanges?

    • That's a great question Teeny Kini Babe, we do charge a 25% restock fee under certain circumstances. However, if you process an exchange the correct way under our terms as stated on our Exchange/ Return policy you will not inquire any restock fee. You must follow instructions on how to process an exchange with us Teeny Kini Boutique, by requesting an RMA (return material authorization) form within 15 days of received to returns@teenykiniboutique.com. Should you have any additional questions please feel free to email us or call us during regular business hours.

     

     How can I exchange the size of my item?

    • All items purchased on Sale or with a discount are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.
    • We welcome exchanges on FULL price merchandise within 15 days of item received date (based on USPS tracking information), or you may choose to be issued a Teeny Kini Credit with no expiration date to use at Teeny Kini Boutique when ever you please. For an exchange to be done, your item must have ALL tags intact and must have protective panty liner in place, unworn, unwashed, in new resell-able condition, and it must also be in the original packaging and/or free promotional item attached. Then you must contact returns@teenykiniboutique.com and request an RMA (return authorization authorization) form, complete it and email back to us. Once Teeny Kini Boutique approves an RMA you may mail back your item at your expense, and once it gets to Teeny Kini Boutique and we make he exchange you are now responsible for paying return shipping through our website http://teenykini-boutique.com/collections/accessories/products/shipping. Once Teeny Kini Boutique received notification your shipping has been paid, we will ship your exchange item. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have not arrived to Teeny Kini Boutique after you send them.

    Where do I ship my bikini to be exchanged?

    • Once you have a completed RMA approval number from us feel free to ship your item back to our boutique at Teeny Kini Boutique 12564 SW 88 St. Miami, FL, 33186. We always advise to pay for tracking to track your exchange. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have not arrived to Teeny Kini Boutique after you send them.

     

    How come there is no picture of the color I want to purchase?

    • We know sometimes, we have multiple colors/ prints available for a particular style you might be interested in. However, at times the item pictured might not be the actual color/ print you are purchasing but instead just be a model of the style. We do provide available colors/ print icons which will show you exactly what color/print you are purchasing.
